The Gourmet Kitchen delivers honest and wholesome cooking to clients across Ireland. They strive to showcase the best seasonal Irish ingredients available in such a way as to maintain their integrity whilst enhancing their flavour. The team of chefs have been operating the company for 10 years at various events and venues across Ireland. Previous to setting up the business, Liam Prendiville worked in various restaurants across Ireland and Europe up to Michelin star level after completing his Honors Degree in Culinary Arts at DIT Cathal Bruagh Street.
