Where Strategy Meets Serenity: Ireland’s Exclusive Sustainable Estate
Wellness-Driven. Results-Focused. Just One Hour from Dublin.
To get different results, you need a different environment. At Ballintubbert Gardens & House, we offer more than a meeting space; we provide a sanctuary for strategic clarity.
As Ireland’s first certified organic ornamental gardens, our 14-acre estate becomes your private ecosystem for high-level executive retreats and immersive team offsites.
Walk in the footsteps of creative giants like Sir John Hurt and C. Day-Lewis. Whether you are a scaling tech unicorn or an international board, our historic walls and “Bohemian Luxury” atmosphere foster the deep work and connection your leadership team demands.
Designed for leadership teams who need focus, alignment, and measurable progress. Complete exclusivity. Zero distractions. Unrivalled inspiration.
Low-Carbon Luxury
Ballintubbert is not just a venue; it is a statement of your company’s values.
We believe that a natural working environment inspires creative thought. Every decision we make is rooted in our earth-friendly ethos, ensuring your event aligns seamlessly with your Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) goals.
Certified Organic Grounds
We are Ireland's first ornamental gardens certified by the Irish Organic Association. We use no chemicals; our sprayers are full of comfrey and nettle tea. Blackbirds are our pest control, and our bees holiday in our purpose-built "Beetopia".
Green Energy & Heat
Comfort without the carbon cost. We utilise biogas heating and 100% green electricity throughout the estate. Our open fires are fuelled by fallen estate wood and WillowWarm Briquettes — carbon-neutral and Irish-grown.
Pure Water & Zero Plastic
Ballintubbert means "Town of the Wells". We serve our own mineral-rich, alkaline well water in glass bottles across all meetings and events to eliminate single-use plastics.
Conscious Waste Management
From rigorous recycling and upcycling to LED lighting, we operate with a low-impact philosophy that enhances, rather than compromises, your luxury experience.
Your team experiences luxury without compromising your environmental commitments. Your retreat reinforces ESG commitments in a way clients, teams, and stakeholders see and experience.

Amazing propertyPosted on Google Jose AntunesTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Really beautiful house in Ireland. Stayed there for a company meetup, and enjoyed every second of it. Jackie was an attentive and kind host! The gardens surrounding the home are so relaxing, there is absolutely no noise other than the birds, and the water features are gorgeous. The internet was fast in our work area and in the schoolhouse, so we had no problems while working. The catering was also top notch. Every day the food was incredible! The black garlic mayo was delicious! I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for relaxing days, and a break from the city.Posted on Google Amanda FirthTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We've just come back from a stay at Ballintubbert and I just cannot sing it's praises enough. We were a group of 16, there for a work meet up. I could not have wished for a better place to be. Apart from the fact that the house and gardens are absolutely stunning, we were just made so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble and the food was incredible. Thank you Jackie for making our time with you so memorable and brilliant! You are fantastic!Posted on Google Jakub OpalkaTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
