We are Ireland’s first ornamental gardens certified by the Irish Organic Association. We use no chemicals; our sprayers are full of comfrey and nettle tea. Blackbirds are our pest control, and our bees holiday in our purpose-built "Beetopia".
Green Energy & Heat
Comfort without the carbon cost. We utilise biogas heating and 100% green electricity throughout the estate. Our open fires are fuelled by fallen estate wood and WillowWarm Briquettes—carbon-neutral and Irish-grown.
Pure Water & Zero Plastic
Ballintubbert means "Town of the Wells". We serve our own mineral-rich, alkaline well water in glass bottles across all meetings and events to eliminate single-use plastics.
